By accessing or using InkToPath ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
InkToPath provides automated conversion of PDF and image files to SVG (Scalable Vector Graphics) format. The Service uses algorithmic processing and results may vary based on source file characteristics, complexity, and quality.
3. Quality and Accuracy Disclaimer
IMPORTANT: Conversion quality is inherently dependent on source file characteristics. The Service is provided "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
We make no guarantees regarding:
- Accuracy of converted output
- Suitability for any particular purpose
- Completeness of conversion
- Preservation of all visual elements
- File size or performance of output
Preview Before Payment: For this reason, we provide a preview of conversions before payment. It is your responsibility to review the preview and verify it meets your needs before purchasing.
4. No Refunds
All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our service and the preview functionality provided:
- No refunds will be issued after download or payment completion
- Dissatisfaction with conversion quality is not grounds for a refund
- You are responsible for verifying the preview meets your requirements before payment
- Subscription fees are non-refundable, though you may cancel future billing
5. User Accounts
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Upload files you do not have rights to process
- Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the Service
- Upload malicious files or content that violates third-party rights
- Abuse or attempt to circumvent usage quotas or billing systems
7. Intellectual Property
You retain all rights to files you upload. We claim no ownership over your content. However, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and deliver your files as necessary to provide the Service.
The Service itself, including all software, algorithms, and documentation, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
8. Data Retention and Privacy
Converted files are retained according to your subscription tier:
- Pay-per-use: 1 hour download window
- Plus subscribers: 30 days
- Pro subscribers: 1 year
Files are automatically deleted after the retention period. We are not responsible for data loss after the specified retention period.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- InkToPath shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim
- We are not liable for service interruptions, data loss, or conversion quality issues
- You use the Service at your own risk
10. Subscription Terms
Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time.
Quota: After cancellation, you may continue to use any remaining quota for the current billing period, after which you will be downgraded to pay-per-use.
11. Changes to Service
We reserve the right to:
- Modify or discontinue the Service at any time
- Change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers
- Update these Terms (changes effective upon posting)
- Limit or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
12. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules, rather than in court. You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [Your State], United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
15. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and InkToPath regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
